Hydro-Cut provides innovative manufacturing using state of the art robotics with abrasive waterjet cutting technology. Waterjet technology has eliminated cutting problems of the past such as distortion, crushing, chipping and fracturing associated with heat-related cutting or other methods.

High speed precision cutting. Precision cuts eliminate material waste and allow for superior edge quality and burr free products. Complex patterns and shapes are easily transferred to cut files through CAD DSF and DWG drawings. With a capacity of 65,000 PSI the waterjet is able to cut thicknesses up to 6" depending on materials.
